Prison Dream Meaning

A prison dream is not a dream about guilt. If getting locked up in a dream sent you straight to your guilty conscience, you read it wrong. Digging for guilt first turns the dream into an interrogation. Traditional dream lore surprisingly also read a prison as a place of protection, since a place you cannot leave, flipped around, is also a place no one else can enter. This dream's business is not punishment — it is measurement. One question is left standing: who built that wall? Most of the time, it was you.
